A house with 2 bedrooms—each configurable with either one extra-large double bed or two single beds—a bathroom with a shower, and a common living area featuring an open fireplace, an LG Smart TV with wireless connectivity, a dining table for 8, and two 2-seater sofas. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a drip coffee maker, a citrus juicer, a toaster, a kettle, and all necessary kitchenware and tableware. The property is fully furnished and decorated to ensure a comfortable stay. Air conditioning is provided in both bedrooms and the living room.
There is a semi-private veranda equipped with sofas, a rocking chair, and a dining table for 4–6 people—all for the exclusive use of the 2-bedroom villa—offering views of the Alentejo plains and the swimming pool.
Rates:

• Sleeps 4 people.
• High Season: €240/night (minimum 2-night stay) or €1,645/week.
• Low Season: €230/night (minimum 2-night stay) or €1,575/week; maximum capacity of 4 adults.
• A crib for children up to 4 years old can be provided at no extra cost.
• An extra bed for children up to 12 years old can be added for €25/night or €150/week (subject to availability).
