This house features one spacious bedroom with built-in closets, an extra-large double bed, and a double sofa bed. It includes a bathroom with a shower, a living area with a fireplace insert, an LG Smart TV with wireless connectivity, a dining table for four, and a sofa with a chaise longue. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a drip coffee maker, a citrus juicer, a toaster, a kettle, and all necessary kitchenware and tableware. The property is fully furnished and decorated to ensure a comfortable stay, with air conditioning provided in both the bedroom and the living room.
There is a private veranda—for the exclusive use of the Villa—furnished with a sofa, a rocking chair, and a dining table for four. It offers views over the Alentejo plains, with our horses as your neighbors.

Rates:
- Sleeps 2 adults + 1 child (up to 12 years old).
- High Season – €200/night (minimum 2-night stay) or €1,365/week.
- Low Season – €190/night (minimum 2-night stay) or €1,295/week; for 2 adults and 1 child (up to 12 years old).
- A crib can be provided for children up to 4 years old.
- An extra bed can be added for a child (up to 12 years old) for €25/night or €150/week—please check for availability.
