Amenities:

We do not accept debit card payments (MB); payments must be made via bank transfer or in cash.
To confirm your reservation, a bank transfer of 30% of the total stay cost is required.
Non-refundable reservations: In the event of cancellation or a no-show, the deposit amount will not be refunded.

Services:

Reception and concierge service available from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM – via WhatsApp, text message, or phone call.
Breakfast service: €23 per person, per night (50% discount for children up to 12 years old). For your safety and convenience, breakfast is delivered to your villa in a basket between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Our breakfast features a selection of the best local products, including Alentejo-style and multigrain bread, fresh goat cheese, ham, local *painho* (cured pork sausage), aged sheep’s milk cheese, fruit, milk, coffee, tea, orange juice, yogurt, butter, jam, croissants, muffins or sliced ​​cake, and eggs (boiled, scrambled, or fried).

Included

Complimentary use of bicycles on the estate. A round, charcoal-fired Weber barbecue. Outdoor swimming pool. Sun loungers and a parasol, designated for each villa.
Unrestricted access to the entire estate (including agricultural areas and a 21-hectare reservoir), along with information on the best spots for picnics or watching the sunset. Board games.
General cleaning of the villa for stays longer than 7 nights, provided midway through the stay, including a change of bed linen and towels. Bath and pool towels are replaced every 4 nights, or upon request. Bed linen is replaced upon request.

Not Included

Breakfast. We do not provide meal services, but we do offer information about restaurants in the area. We do not provide daily housekeeping.
